🛍️ Returns & Refunds Policy

At Orto Sole. your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To request a return, simply follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@ortosole.store with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7 working days.

ℹ️ Please note:

  • Custom-made, intimate, hygiene-related or perishable items are non-refundable, unless proven to be faulty.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or faulty item).
